Welcome h(OM)e!

growing OM is the umbrealla foundation for a growing community of individuals commited to the liberation of all living beings. We are here to facilitate Breath Awareness and Evolved Earth Programs across the globe.

Our Hearts Intention: To allow human beings access to enlightened breathwork and Evolved Earth education programs (including sound healing and yoga) to aid in integrating our insight into the practical, yet undeniably magical, flow of daily life.

By using the Breath in an enlightened way we become aware of our natural state of harmony, joy and clarity. We find we are the most powerful tool we have to integrate unconscious patterns into conscious presence.

Attuned within, we naturally sync with the rhythms of Earth and can access the wilderness and our lives in a most embodied way.
